If downloading the gift voucher from your Order Receipt, please write the Order Number on the voucher in the space provided, so our Reception staff can note that the voucher is valid.

Health Fund Claiming and Gift Vouchers/Certificates:

Gift vouchers/certificates are NOT claimable through health funds – including monetary valued gift vouchers.  This is because the person paying for the gift voucher is not receiving the treatment and thus the person redeeming the gift voucher has not paid for their treatment.
