Our Physiotherapists

  • Naomi O’Keeffe – Physiotherapist
Naomi believes that Physiotherapy should be a combination of manual (or “hands-on”) treatment, exercise therapy and education. Combining these will provide the best outcome (which is also backed up by research!).
Naomi’s Physiotherapy sessions may include: soft tissue massage, myofascial therapy, joint mobilisations, nerve exercises, stretching, exercise prescription (to improve flexibility, strength, balance or motor control), PhysioKey therapy, taping or brace prescription. All this is wrapped up with a little education and a few laughs!
Your physiotherapy time with Naomi may be short whilst a minor injury heals, or it may be long to assist you to make long term changes. Either way, I will provide a gentle, holistic and understanding approach!
Naomi is currently taking new patients, including those under DVA, Work Cover, Insurance or GPCCMP (formally CDM). She enjoy’s helping people recover or adopt lifestyle changes: young and old!
Naomi is available to see the following conditions:
    • toddlers (2-5 years) with postural or limb concerns (such as flat feet, bow legs)
    • children (5yrs+) with acute injuries, growing pains or poor posture
    • adults (no age limit here!)
    • acute or sporting injuries
    • chronic conditions / chronic pain
    • pre and post surgery
    • mobility or balance issues
    • dizziness or vertigo
Naomi also enjoys writing and camping with her kids.
  • Ben Shore

Ben is a musculoskeletal physiotherapist with a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy and a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. He has a strong interest in sporting and work injuries as well as pre and post surgical rehabilitation. Ben is also experienced and highly skilled in the assessment and treatment of neurological conditions such as parkinson’s disease and multiple sclerosis. His background in strength and conditioning adds an extra dimension to his physiotherapy skill set, extending his scope to include late stage rehabilitation such as return to work and return to sport.

Ben believes every patient is unique and there is no single set approach when it comes to rehabilitation. Everyone brings their own story, challenges and goals, and that’s what makes Physiotherapy so meaningful to him.

He loves being able to tailor treatment plans that support each individual in reaching their best possible outcome and getting back to doing what matters most to them.

Ben employs a hands-on approach to treatment with a strong focus on strength and conditioning; he is also trained in dry needling and western acupuncture.

When not at work, Ben can be found either at the gym, in a forest, or on a mountain top enjoying the beautiful SE QLD sunshine.
